Texas executes 22nd convict this year

A condemned killer was executed Wednesday night in Huntsville, Texas, for the 1996 fatal shooting of a man during a car theft. Frederick McWilliams, 30, was the 22nd prisoner executed this year in Texas and the second in as many nights. Two more convicts are set for lethal injection next week.
