List of "The 50 Worst" Public Fool Districts are Nearly All in Urban Cities Controlled by Elite, White Liberals. Can Black People Trust Racist Suspects to Properly Educate Black Children?

DETROIT A recently settled lawsuit in Detroit claimed authorities “deliberately" denied black children “the right of access to literacy" and provided “education” in its ‘chaotic & under-resourced schools’ where “illiteracy is the norm." According to the complaint, ‘Black children sit in classrooms where not even the pretense of education takes place, in schools that are functionally incapable of delivering access to literacy. This abject failure makes it nearly impossible for young people to attain the level of literacy necessary to function—much less thrive—in higher education, the workforce, and the activities of democratic citizenship.’

BALTIMORE Baltimore City Public Schools has been ranked the second-worst school district in America in a national analysis from independent ranking platform Daily Rank Dept., which examined academics, graduation rates, student outcomes and other measures. Rankings vary in methodology, but Baltimore cannot dismiss this result as another unfair attack on the city when its profound struggles with education have been consistently corroborated. Federal testing also places the district near the bottom among large urban school systems.

On the 2024 National Assessment of Educational Progress, Baltimore remained among the lowest-performing districts in fourth- and eighth-grade reading and mathematics. In eighth-grade mathematics, 71% of students scored below the basic level, while only 9% reached proficient or advanced.

According to the Anne Casey Foundation 80% of African-American fourth-graders can barely read and understand mathematics and only 19% scored proficient in math. [MORE] According to the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) just 18% of Black eighth-graders reach reading “proficiency.” [MORE] And NAEP recently found that only 17% of Black 12th graders were proficient at reading. [MORE] Please read that again. It means a substantial amount of Black youth are functionally illiterate or unable to articulate their thoughts or speak or think in complete sentences.

Sleeping Toms and some racists may hallucinate that cities like Gary, Memphis, Baltimore, Atlanta and DC are not actually run by white liberals but are in fact run by Black elected officials. In reality however, Black people function as “the powerless class” and generally speaking are in charge of nothing substantial independent of elite white liberals. Neely Fuller observes that ‘in spite of all statements black people may make about themselves having economic and/or political independence and the like, in the final analysis, they are all victims of the white supremacy process.’

According to Neely Fuller in a White Supremacy System the most accurate way to describe what "class" people are in is to describe their power relationship to each other. In their relationship with whites, Blacks cannot be be "upper" or "middle" - but only under whites in a white over Black operating system of vast unequal power. Fuller accurately explains, "in a socio-material system dominated by elite whites, all major decisions involving non-white people are made by elite whites. In general, elite whites are their employers, landlords, creditors, land owners, supervisors, bosses and major decision-makers. Thus, in their direct or indirect relations with elite whites, most black people function as their employees, workers, consumers, leasees, helpers, servants, tenants, patients, clients and customers, etc. Whatever a Black person gets, and/or is allowed to keep, is the result of decisions made by elite whites. This is the functional meaning of White Supremacy (Racism) that many people — particularly Black people — prefer not to acknowledge. Dr. Bobby Wright explains, 'everywhere one finds Whites and Blacks living in close proximity to each other, whether it is Chicago or Zimbabwe, the whites are in control. Yet Blacks rarely question this extraordinary universal phenomenon which defies every known statistical law of probability.' In liberal jurisdictions, such as Gary Indiana, elite white liberals control and own all major resources (such as banks, local mainstream media, major real estate, ports, industry, utilities, factories, airports and large corporate resources etc), anything of material value and generally make all the meaningful decisions in regards to Black residents. As such, elite whites are the direct or indirect masters of Black people in all areas of people activity. This necessarily includes controlling and directing the power of local government authorities, funding its elected officials campaign coffers and controlling “choices” presented to the votary during an election.

There are no local governments in existence run by Black politicians on behalf of powerful Black elites, powerful Black corporations, powerful Black mainstream media or a powerful Black votary. It is fantasy for gullible blacks to imagine that a black puppetician such as Muriel Bowser, the mayor of DC, is controlling D.C. on behalf of powerful Black interests who pull the strings behind the scenes or that powerful Black voters have concentrated their power into the white Mayor of Memphis and are really the ones calling the shots– especially when it is undisputed that those who own or control major real estate, industry, corporate businesses, banks, wealth and material resources are overwhelmingly elite whites.
