Kerry expected to donate extra campaign cash to Democrats

Advisers say John Kerry will probably donate most of his extra campaign (m) millions to other Democratic candidates.
Democratic Party leaders say they were surprised -- and a bit angry -- to learn that Kerry ended his presidential run with more than 15 (m) million dollars in the bank. Members of his own campaign staff say the money should have been spent building support in Ohio and Florida -- or courting Hispanic and black voters in other key states. All demanded to know why the money wasn't used in the presidential run or to help in other tight races around the country. The senator's advisers had no quick answers.
